Responsibilities:

• Compassionate and understanding, you consult with patients to discuss their medical needs and to determine what resources would be most beneficial
• You help patients decide what services would be best for them and encourage them to follow through with treatment plans
• As you speak with patients, you maintain detailed files to accurately reflect the patient's desires and needs
• You report this information to chiropractic staff so that all relevant parties know the patient's status and progress
• If a patient doesn't stick with their treatment plan, you reach out to them to discuss the importance of the treatment and the potential consequences of not completing it
• You remain friendly and kind during all communications, and you do what you can to make patients feel like they're in good hands
• This case management position typically works Monday - Thursday schedule.
